COVID-19 and Your Banking Needs With Hanscom FCU

All of us at Hansom Federal Credit Union share your concerns about the spread of COVID-19. That’s why we are taking this opportunity to remind you of the many ways in which you can conduct your personal banking from home.

Online and Mobile Access

As a member, you can check balances, pay bills, deposit checks, view your payment history and pending items, find ATM locations, and transfer money 24/7. Get started by signing up for Online Access HD (link on our main page) and download the Hanscom FCU mobile app through Google Play, Apple's App Store, or Amazon's Appstore for Android. You can even view balances and recent transactions with your Apple Watch. Find out how easy we've made it to take charge of your money without leaving home.

ATM Locations

We also hope you will consider using our Mastercard ATM and Check Card for your cash needs, which gives you access to over 100,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. Find your closest ATM location here.

Telephone Assistance

For telephone assistance, we have Remote Support specialists available to assist you at 800-656-4328. Please reach out with any questions you have about banking from home.

Branch Visits

At this time, all of our branches remain open. Please be assured that we are closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and exercising the recommended practices to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both our members and our employees.
