You have bragging rights. As an HFCU member, you have access to thousands of Co-op Shared Branch locations across the US. In fact, your branch network includes 5,341 locations — nearly 100 more than the number of Bank of America branches (5,244).
“A Co-op Shared Branch is an extension of Hanscom Federal Credit Union,” said Steve Silva, HFCU VP of Marketing. “We’ve partnered with other credit unions so that members can use the branch locations as their own. This gives members accessibility to a branch while they travel, when at work, and if they move.”
According to new figures from the FDIC, the Co-op Shared Branch network is now the third largest in the country. Only Chase (5,892) and Wells Fargo (6,392) have larger networks.
Members can go to any of the Co-op Shared Branch locations and conduct transactions as if visiting an HFCU branch.
In addition to shared branches, HFCU members also have access to over 100,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide. To find a Co-op Shared Branch or surcharge-free ATM near you, visit hfcu.org/locations to use the interactive map.
And congratulations on your bragging rights!
